Robin Capehart (West Liberty)A senior resident fellow for the Public Policy Foundation of West Virginia and senior consultant at his consulting firm Georgetown Solutions, LLC, Robin Capehart previously served as president of West Liberty University.

During his tenure as president of West Liberty University, he oversaw a period of educational and administrative growth and development. Enrollment increased during both the regular school year and summer session, and the school enjoyed a 400 percent increase in private fundraising as well as a substantial boost to scholarship offerings for students. Robin Capehart also oversaw an increase in retention and graduation as well as the introduction of several new degree and certificate programs, drawing both new and returning adult students to the school from across the state and beyond.

Prior to his work with the university, he taught in and directed the Tax Studies program at Marshall University. He holds a bachelor of arts and juris doctor from West Virginia University, as well as a masters of law in taxation from Georgetown University.
